24 Mar 2025Scammed out of €500 by the Hengelo branch. Don't choose Hofstede & Kamp! Everything they say they do (but don't) you can better do yourself. Appointments and promises are not kept. And even when you verbally agree to cancel the assignment, they refuse to refund the paid amount (in this case €500,-). If you still want to look for a real estate agent? Choose one of the many others, because it can't possibly be worse than this.

Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

24 May 2025Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.

We have previously used De Makelaar in Borne twice before, and were very satisfied, so naturally we came back to Marloes. A wonderful, expert and professional real estate agent who is very involved in assisting sellers/buyers. Nothing is too much for Marloes, who together with Patrick, Lisanne and recently Barbera, form a top team. Marloes advised us to first clear the house before selling, so you can see how beautiful the rooms of the house were. Thanks to the fantastic photos and film from her trusted photographer Karin, buyers got a nice impression of the house. And that resulted in a very quick sale of the property.
