Warming up preview for inner crowd Home members who are looking for houses was unfortunately disappointing. Two viewing days in the planning but ultimately still some appointments outside of the viewing days. 17 Jun 2025Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.

There is personal contact, good guidance and short lines via whatsapp. I bought my house from Prisma in 2020 and therefore had no doubt when I wanted to sell this property after 5 years; I want Primsa as my real estate agent. This resulted in a fine, personal and successful sales process.
