Dear visitor, I have been in contact with this broker regarding a property in Goor. A few days later, I conducted a viewing as agreed. The sale naturally took place via bidding, where everyone could submit an offer by a certain deadline. I submitted my bid by phone and was told it would be discussed with the owner; so far, everything went very smoothly. Until I was called back and abruptly told that my bid was not enough and that it was bad luck. I had offered to negotiate and asked if there were no options or if I could be told what the offer was for. Nothing could be said, only 'unfortunately and good luck'. I found this quite strange, so I did some further research. It turned out that this broker awarded the property to someone else for a few euros more; therefore, there was no fair process. This is of course unacceptable, especially in this overvalued housing market. For myself, I have decided not to do business with them anymore, unfortunately.

During the viewing, the real estate agent clearly explained the procedure. All bids would be discussed with the seller on Wednesday, however I already received an email that same evening stating that the property had been sold. Very bad.

Very disappointed with the appraisal of our property by Wout Leerlink. A very low amount came out that was below the purchase price of the house plus all the improvements we have made over the past 20 years, everything insulated, solar panels, new bathroom and kitchen. We would suffer a significant loss on this property. My wife couldn't sleep at night because of it. Now heard another appraisal that is almost 2x as high and in line with the prices of comparable properties in Goor. Never again through Berends-Naafs

When I recently asked them to review the mortgage with us and see together whether it was still future-proof, I had someone sitting at our table within a week who reviewed it with us and gave some useful/smart tips. In addition, he also set something in motion with the provider for us. A week after the meeting, I received a message asking me to keep him informed of the progress. That's real good service. They aren't the big companies, but they know the local market well. Real estate agent Nicky took us on house viewings and gave practical advice, even about future maintenance. During the bidding process, they advised us on a certain amount without overbidding, which saves a lot of money. Communication can take place in English.
