We hebben Marco Kepms twee keer ontmoet en de bezichtigingen die we met hem hadden waren niet alleen informatief, maar ook gewoon heel erg leuk. Hij gaf ons meer informatie over de omgeving en onze mogelijkheden dan welke andere makelaar dan ook en was over het algemeen gewoon heel eerlijk over alles. Hij is ook de enige makelaar die bezichtigingen 's avonds of in het weekend doet, wat erg handig was. Hij nam ook contact met ons op als hij een andere woning had die volgens hem bij ons zou passen. Hij heeft absoluut het belang van de koper voor ogen en is zeer integer. Hij belde ons zelfs op toen een woning die we bezichtigden een bod kreeg van iemand anders, zodat we misschien ook een bod konden uitbrengen. Hoewel we uiteindelijk voor een andere optie kozen, bood Marco Kemps zelfs hulp aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles met betrekking tot de documenten soepel verliep. Echt, alleen de beste ervaringen.

17 Aug 2025Wij hebben onze woning verkocht met behulp van Marco Kemps van Homi makelaars en zijn daar heel blij mee. Tijdens het hele traject werden we uitstekend begeleid. De communicatie was altijd helder en vriendelijk, en we konden met al onze vragen terecht. Bij de eerste verkoop leek alles rond, maar de koper kreeg de financiering niet voor elkaar. Dat was natuurlijk een teleurstelling, maar Marco heeft dit professioneel opgepakt en ons gerustgesteld. Dankzij zijn inzet en doorzettingsvermogen is het huis alsnog vlot en voor een goede prijs verkocht. We zijn erg tevreden over zijn deskundigheid en persoonlijke aanpak. Date unknownThiefs! Snelder Zijlstar is a thief and does not hesitate to steal from tenants. Unfortunately I cannot pick star, hence the min. of 1 star. They are rude, arrogant and firmly believe they are allowed to steal. Any question is too much and unanswered. Interestingly, the owner Tjeerd believes that he is the victim and not the tenants. In the meantime, they collect monthly servicecosts which they do not explain. How sad is that! Thiefs! Snelder Zijlstra is a thief and does not hesitate to steal. I would have liked to give 0 stars because they don't deserve any more. They are rude, arrogant and convinced that stealing is ok. Questions are of course not answered. Tjeerd, the owner, is convinced that he is the victim. I feel sorry for them. But please continue stealing in the meantime. Monthly advance service costs are collected without providing accountability. In one word: thief! The answer here from SZ gives a semblance of professionalism and service. Far-fetched when there is no content! I have all correspondence.

Date unknownDo you want support with buying a home - then DO NOT go to woonaccent! We contacted woonaccent in November, we want help with buying our first home - but we didn't get any help. We contacted them for 4 homes because we were interested, at only 1(!) viewing was the purchasing broker (Dennis) present, for the other 3 we were on our own. When I shared these concerns by phone, they said this wasn't a normal situation. For a 5th home, according to the email, a purchasing broker would be present, but no, it was an error in the email. They can’t even offer an apology with this crowd - a huge disappointment and waste of time - it's a shame that you have trust in these people when buying your first home, but that it is actually only about the money for them and bringing in as many customers as possible. Otherwise, they would have made time for us.

01 Sep 2025Very poorly assisted with obtaining our mortgage. This was pointed out to the owner, but we received no response. Very poor communication, no answer to our phone calls and emails. It took almost 9 months in total before the mortgage was finalized, bizarre!!! This caused a lot of stress. Bad experience with this company, I certainly do not recommend this company for help obtaining a mortgage. The worst thing is that no apology came our way.

Due to previous complaints, we were able to have a meeting about it. This conversation lasted only 3 minutes and quickly turned to whether we needed other means from them, such as a statement from RegioBank.

Date unknownBeen a customer for several years and purchased multiple products. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated over the years. Below are some examples of my experiences in the past year. 1. Personal data was shared with another company without consultation with me. This company would take over activities from BvdD. The extra costs for this of €200,- were initially also charged to me. The costs were not invoiced, as compensation I was told. 2. Costs of the appraiser still appeared on the final bill, while I had already paid these after consultation with BvdD. 3. With two different advisors from this company it was agreed that an insurance policy (taken out via BvdD) would be split. This turned out to be ultimately not possible and caused extra costs. 4. I had to sign documents. I indicated that the content did not match the agreements made. This was vehemently denied. After lodging a complaint and providing evidence (previously sent emails), I was transferred to another advisor. The errors in communication and incomplete advice continued to occur. No apologies were ever made, and written complaints remained unanswered.
