He gave us more information about the area and our options than any other agent, and was generally just very honest about everything. He is also the only agent who does viewings in the evening or on weekends, which was very convenient. He even contacted us when he had another property that he thought would suit us. He definitely has the buyer's interest at heart and is extremely trustworthy. He called us himself when a property we viewed received an offer from someone else so that we might also make an offer. Although we ultimately chose another option, Marco Kems even offered to help ensure everything regarding the paperwork went smoothly. Really, only the best experiences.

Date unknownThiefs! Snelder Zijlstar is a thief and does not hesitate to steal from tenants. Unfortunately I cannot pick star, hence the min. of 1 star. They are rude, arrogant and firmly believe they are allowed to steal. Any question is too much and unanswered. Interestingly, the owner Tjeerd believes that he is the victim and not the tenants. In the meantime, they collect monthly servicecosts which they do not explain. How sad is that! Thiefs! Snelder Zijlstra is a thief and does not hesitate to steal. I would have liked to give 0 stars because they don't deserve any more. They are rude, arrogant and convinced that stealing is ok. Questions are of course not answered. Tjeerd, the owner, is convinced that he is the victim. I feel sorry for them. But please continue stealing in the meantime. Monthly advance service costs are collected without providing accountability. In one word: thief! The answer here from SZ gives a semblance of professionalism and service. Far-fetched when there is no content! I have all correspondence.

When I shared these concerns by phone, they said this wasn't a normal situation. For a 5th home, according to the email, a purchasing broker would be present, but no, it was an error in the email. They can’t even offer an apology with this crowd - a huge disappointment and waste of time - it's a shame that you have trust in these people when buying your first home, but that it is actually only about the money for them and bringing in as many customers as possible. Otherwise, they would have made time for us.

18 Jul 2025I would not recommend this real estate agent as a valuer. I had a valuation done which was worthless. Over the phone, an amount is communicated which the house is worth and then there's another amount in the valuation report, because I wasn't in agreement with it over the phone. In the 80 page report (!?) apples are compared to pears. The valuer is nice. But he has given me the feeling that he wants to make money quickly. I eventually paid the invoice with a bad feeling. I have had a bad taste left from it.

Dear Dennis, What a pity that you give such a review. This once again shows how difficult our profession is to understand. It's understandable that as a client you have certain desired values, after all it's your home and you often attach great value to it. That a desired value does not match an appraisal value unfortunately happens more often. Especially if it's an unusual property, a former business house, the value depends on the local situation. There are few people who would want a factory hall of another person in their backyard and this greatly reduces the value. You don't feel this because you now use the whole as one object. As for another value after a phone call, I don't understand you, we always state the value in the final stage of a report, sometimes there can still be a difference here during rechecking, but this is then a very small difference. Regarding making easy money, you have no idea how many hours are in this file and it only causes some dissatisfaction. This also concerns comparing apples with pears, we compare with the best possible properties and these can just like apples and pears have a different shape but they remain fruit. Pity that you didn't approach us directly, I was certainly willing to clarify everything for you, but the value of your beautiful former business house would not have been any different because of that.
