Besides his expertise, his personal approach also stood out; he really took the time for me. Moreover, the price is fair, without the feeling that you are being ripped off, which sometimes happens with other companies. 07 Jan 2026First class appraiser (actually, there's not much else to say about it)! Friendly, professional and not too difficult. A small point is the entire taXapi process. There was some ambiguity regarding accepting the assignment and payment. Questions via whatsapp about where you nicely get reminders, do not lead to an answer. In hindsight logical, but at the moment a bit confusing. Calling yourself works well and you get a quick answer!

09 Jan 2026Voor onze hypotheekaanvraag t.b.v. een verbouwing hadden we op korte termijn een taxatierapport nodig. De taxateur was zeer professioneel en pakte onze aanvraag direct op. Het rapport (inclusief NWWI-validatie) werd zeer snel opgeleverd. Ook een kleine aanpassing achteraf was binnen no-time geregeld. Uitstekende service!
