Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

24 May 2025Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.

After we had viewed several houses and made a number of (too low) offers, we enlisted the help of Jordy. Via move.nl we were quicker to be aware of the offerings. After we became enthusiastic about a property, jordy also visited the property and with his advice we were able to make a suitable offer. Then Mike took care of everything for the mortgage. We were kept well informed at every step and received responses to questions within no time via the WhatsApp group. The insurances that belonged to the house were also quickly arranged. Definitely recommended for first-time homebuyers.

The first impression was immediately good and that feeling was only reinforced during the sales process. Jan is clear in his communication, easily accessible, and open to suggestions. My questions were answered with good justification. Knowledge of the subject matter, well-groomed, correct, and reliable are words that come to mind when I think back on our collaboration. We made clear agreements based on a step-by-step plan, which Jan followed meticulously. This is how Jan works together with a stylist and photographer to prepare the house for sale. This resulted in a fantastic photo reportage. I was very impressed, and that says a lot! The team at the office supporting the process also deserves a compliment: my phone calls were answered neatly and things were handled quickly and resolved here as well. Ultimately, the sales process led to a very beautiful result where my house was sold above the asking price in a very short time. Completely satisfied!
