We hebben Marco Kepms twee keer ontmoet en de bezichtigingen die we met hem hadden waren niet alleen informatief, maar ook gewoon heel erg leuk. Hij gaf ons meer informatie over de omgeving en onze mogelijkheden dan welke andere makelaar dan ook en was over het algemeen gewoon heel eerlijk over alles. Hij is ook de enige makelaar die bezichtigingen 's avonds of in het weekend doet, wat erg handig was. Hij nam ook contact met ons op als hij een andere woning had die volgens hem bij ons zou passen. Hij heeft absoluut het belang van de koper voor ogen en is zeer integer. Hij belde ons zelfs op toen een woning die we bezichtigden een bod kreeg van iemand anders, zodat we misschien ook een bod konden uitbrengen. Hoewel we uiteindelijk voor een andere optie kozen, bood Marco Kemps zelfs hulp aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles met betrekking tot de documenten soepel verliep. Echt, alleen de beste ervaringen.

De communicatie was altijd helder en vriendelijk, en we konden met al onze vragen terecht. Bij de eerste verkoop leek alles rond, maar de koper kreeg de financiering niet voor elkaar. Dat was natuurlijk een teleurstelling, maar Marco heeft dit professioneel opgepakt en ons gerustgesteld. Dankzij zijn inzet en doorzettingsvermogen is het huis alsnog vlot en voor een goede prijs verkocht. We zijn erg tevreden over zijn deskundigheid en persoonlijke aanpak. Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

01 Aug 2025The information during the sales process went extremely well. We were always well informed about the viewings and even on weekends there was contact regarding the sale. The for sale sign was also quickly placed and changed due to the sale. Before the passing date, the sign was removed again.

01 May 2025I approached Jan Oosterhof regarding my wish to have him guide the sale of my house. The first impression was immediately good and that feeling was only reinforced during the sales process. Jan is clear in his communication, easily accessible, and open to suggestions. My questions were answered with good justification. Knowledge of the subject matter, well-groomed, correct, and reliable are words that come to mind when I think back on our collaboration. We made clear agreements based on a step-by-step plan, which Jan followed meticulously. This is how Jan works together with a stylist and photographer to prepare the house for sale. This resulted in a fantastic photo reportage. I was very impressed, and that says a lot! The team at the office supporting the process also deserves a compliment: my phone calls were answered neatly and things were handled quickly and resolved here as well. Ultimately, the sales process led to a very beautiful result where my house was sold above the asking price in a very short time. Completely satisfied!

01 Jan 2025I have gone through a very special process of over 4 years with Jan Oosterhof. My parental home was initially to be sold while my mother was still alive. Unfortunately, her death intervened. Jan Oosterhof was one of the first to send condolences. For me, the sale of the parental home, which my parents themselves had built, was a difficult and emotional process. Jan guided me excellently in this. He always kept his finger on the pulse in a pleasant way and was always ready when needed. Texts in the evening or appointments on the weekend...no problem. The process ultimately resulted in a beautiful collaboration with a heritage official. Jan was open to everything and sensitively felt what my wishes were. Together we found a buyer to whom I could transfer my parental home with a good feeling. I am very grateful to Jan Oosterhof for this, and I can therefore recommend this real estate agent 100%, especially if the sale of a house is emotionally charged. He is a real estate agent with an empathetic ability but businesslike when necessary. And not forgetting, Snelders Zijlstra Hengelo has a very pleasant team, so I have always been helped kindly, nothing seemed too much.
