Regarding Price / Quality: 1. We had very little contact with the stylist who engaged the broker. In our opinion, they could have been omitted. 2. The photographer was fine, only a shame that he couldn't/wouldn’t use photos we provided in the advertisement. 3. The brokerage fee of 1.5% seems a bit on the high side to us. But this may be partly because our house sold quickly (within a month).

End of May, an appraisal was carried out by Euverman Nuyts, the appraisal amount for the house €275,000 and value of improvements €30,000 appraised. Due to circumstances, 4 months later reappraised now by Ten Hag real estate agents, appraisal value of the house €260,000 and value of improvements but €5,000?? While almost €50,000 has been invested in the property. Almost €20,000 in investment alone in the last 2 years, including solar panels 17 pieces 400 wp per piece, all windows/doors fitted with shutters and bathroom renovation. Appraiser Mr G.A Höften even stated before the appraisal that the housing market will continue to rise enormously, how can he then appraise less than 4 months ago? And also take much less own investment into account? There is a huge difference between the appraisal of Euverman and Ten Hag. I find the appraisal of Ten Hag/G.A Höften unrealistic and unprofessional. Really a pity about my time, effort and money.

Since my house was appraised €20,000.00 below the average appraisal value, I am not satisfied with that. Ultimately, it was also sold for more than €20,000.00 than what Ten Hag had appraised it for. Afterwards, we started renting through Ten Hag, and living is fine. However, the communication is worthless. After 2 years, there's still no number I can call in case of defects. When I have then sought contact via multiple routes, no response, but with unannounced visits to my door. Then no communication about what will be done regarding the defects. I am living well now, but I will never buy, sell or rent a house through Ten Hag again.

July 14, 2016 had a first conversation with Ten Hag to arrange a mortgage. Meanwhile it is January 21, 2017 and it still isn't arranged. I think I have made about 100 phone calls, emails, visits. Phone calls with the corporate lawyer, head of mortgages, the administration. I read in another review that they hadn't received an answer after three days. I’ve been working on this for more than 6 months. I could write a book about it. When I call again, I get the impression that something is being done again. I have experienced that several times. So far, still without the desired result. I am curious whether it will be achieved this year, 2017.

A bad situation if you don't get an answer to a phone call and then also not to an email. This does not give a reliable impression, with the company Ten Hag I will never want to do business. My phone call was February 9th, and the email was on February 11th, and now it is February 19th and still no reaction. Arrogant? Sloppy? Uninterested? Or is the company Ten Hag still in hibernation?
