Ben super goed bijgestaan bij de verkoop van mijn ouderlijk huis. Duidelijke communicatie , korte lijntjes en heb de nodige tips en begrip gekregen.

Uitstekende makelaar voor de verkoop van een woning. Zaten snel op een lijn en prijs/kwaliteit was prima. Communicatie was goed verzorgd en er werd snel gereageerd op vragen. Jordy en team weten waar ze mee bezig zijn en zijn zeker van hun zaak. Dat zelfvertrouwen betaalt zich terug in een snelle verkoop. En dat ze dan opeens een weekje in Marrakesh zitten met het hele kantoor is ze te vergeven. Hebben ze dan ook verdiend met zn allen.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over mijn ervaring met Jahnig en Ter Braak. Mike, de eigenaar, heeft ons vanaf het eerste moment uitermate goed geholpen en echt het verschil gemaakt. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde alles professioneel en betrouwbaar aan. Het team is vriendelijk, denkt actief met je mee en neemt de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie helder en soepel, en was alles in een mum van tijd geregeld. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen en maakte het hele proces erg prettig. Jordy heeft mij geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn woning. De communicatie is goed en verloopt prettig via een groepsapp. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en reageren snel, zelfs in de avond en in het weekend (dan denk je soms: hebben die jongens ook wel eens vrij 😉). De courtageprijs is goed en de presentatie van de woning, zoals foto’s en plattegronden, was prima geregeld. De woning is uiteindelijk netjes verkocht, al had ik vooraf misschien op iets meer gehoopt. Bij de Funda-tekst is er ruimte om mee te denken en aanpassingen te doen waar nodig; ik heb daar zelf nog wat in aangepast. Ze luisteren goed naar de wensen van de klant en denken mee. Geen vraag is te veel en ze blijven netjes en accuraat reageren. Al met al een betrokken makelaar met een prettige werkwijze.

Fijn makelaarskantoor. Korte lijntjes en we werden overal mee op de hoogte gehouden. Jordy is een fijne betrokken makelaar die snel en duidelijk communiceert.

Super blij met de hulp bij onze hypotheek! Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, er werd goed meegedacht en al onze vragen werden meteen beantwoord. Het hele proces voelde daardoor een stuk makkelijker. Echt een aanrader!

Via verschillende vrienden heb ik Jähnig + ter Braak als tip gekregen als hypotheekadviseur. Zij waren allen erg positief en ik begrijp na mijn eigen ervaring waarom. Daarnaast ben ik tijdens de hypotheekaanvraag door het team goed op de hoogte gehouden van het proces en verliep de communicatie soepel. Ook kan ik bij hen terecht voor toekomstige vragen. Ik ben erg tevreden en kan dit bedrijf dan ook sterk aanraden!
