Received many problems with the purchased house. The old residents left a lot of bulky waste behind, which apparently wasn't normal (in containers) and much more. You thought you bought the property at Waterkant 10 last week. Well, then you'll be seriously disappointed by the sellers and Taams real estate agent. After a verbal agreement and acceptance of our offer, real estate agent Taams is drafting the purchase agreement to sign shortly. We, as buyers, were naturally incredibly happy and told everyone that we had a new home. Then on Monday, the sale is abandoned due to a slightly higher bid.
