This man comes across as disrespectful. Rude on the phone. It seemed like he'd had a nice drink. Luckily, I didn't do any business with him. Apparently, he was convicted of stalking and mistreating a young lady. Seems to me that you must be sick then.

Very customer-friendly and reliable real estate agent. Dealt with Thomas Kempers. Has served us very well. Easily accessible. No nonsense realtor. Transparent. Thinks along well. Would definitely choose him again should the situation arise.

Huib has been our purchase and sale broker. We came to Huib because we were looking for a house and had several viewings with him. Huib is calm and listens to what you are looking for and want, and also protected us from incorrect purchases. Partly thanks to Huib, we were able to realize our dream home and sell our own house in a pleasant way. Called for a viewing and I was supposed to receive a callback. The real estate agent was anything but representative. Whether we wanted to pay the asking price without a viewing. To which I said the property is worth it, no problem. because the residents didn't want to give up a euro. (The property has been for sale for over a year) I asked about a viewing and he again wanted to know if we were going to pay? I said something like committing unseen? I asked if it had already been appraised? If the appraisal value is correct and we like the property. So when can we view, whereupon he said, call in two weeks but to see if it's still for sale and literally slammed down the phone. Also his manner of speaking was dismissive from the start. Mr. is busy then we are not doing any viewings at the moment, so that’s clear, but this conversation made no sense whatsoever. Don't put your property up for sale here 😬

Attempted to rent a commercial building through Het Huis van Jansen. When I called the first time, I was told that another candidate had an option on the property until the end of the month, and that I would be next, okay. Waited until the month was up, and a few days later called again to see if Het Huis van Jansen knew more. I was then informed that the relevant employee was not available, and that I would be called back the next day, which never happened. Not very nice, but it can happen. A week later, I called again (when the following month was already halfway over), and then another employee told me that no action had been taken on their part, and that the status was therefore unknown. She would call the various parties and let me know. No timeframe was mentioned, but in the meantime two weeks have passed, and I still need to be called back. I also indicated myself that a 'No' is also an answer. I found/have found it very annoying to be kept on hold for so long. Luckily, in the meantime I managed to find a space through another party.

We sold our House through house and Jansen and also bought another house through house of Jansen always treated neatly, and answered everything went perfectly.

Friendly on the phone when we expressed interest in a property they had for sale. After we bought another house with a different real estate agent and politely cancelled our appointment, the lady on the phone suddenly became much less friendly.
