Find the broker generally to be too large a cost item in the sales process. Yes, they have the platform that we currently use, but I find the fee for it too high. We made a conscious choice for Krieger and Witte brokers, but that is mostly based on market knowledge and realistic price assessment.

Overall it was fine, but there were photos taken that looked messy. The real estate agent should have seen that. We received signals about that. Otherwise, everything went quickly and we are satisfied with the sale.
