They try to rip you off from all sides as a buyer. First, during the viewing, pretend they know nothing about the defects. When modifying the purchase contract, they sneakily added that hidden defects are at the buyer's expense. (Fortunately, we managed to get that removed) Ultimately, you’re left with many hidden defects and they stop responding. Buyers! I would choose a different house and a different real estate agent 😉
