Communication was difficult. The waiting times for a viewing were, in our experience, much too long. The real estate agent had a busy schedule and also frequently arrived late to a viewing.

We were interested in a building plot. We tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with the relevant estate agent (owner) who handles the sale, called multiple times with the promise of a callback but this never happened. Now we are told that the plot is under option and we haven't been given a chance to make an offer, particularly regrettable.

Overall very excellent. Easily accessible, friendly and professional. The only downside is that the plot size differed from the photos: that part was rented from the municipality and was not part of the purchase. I only discovered this myself after making a bid, and that's sloppy - both from the selling agent who did not mention it, as well as the buying agent who did not investigate this beforehand. Never experienced such a bad real estate agent before. They are late for viewings, the viewing is quickly handled, and you receive little to no correct information. Emails you send are forgotten to be read and answered. Promising to call back doesn't happen either. The only thing they are quick with is getting a signature for the invoice. If you are moving to Germany, do not use this real estate agent.
