And when it also turned out that a new realtor had to do everything for me, things got even worse. Coming too often late while potential buyers wait, forcing me to let them in myself. And that's not about waiting 5 minutes. A sign in the garden would be discussed and I received no response. Then I was called later to ask if the sign had been removed.

26 Jan 2025Because I needed a new appraisal with some urgency, given that previous appraisals by the NWWI had been rejected (carried out by other companies), I came into contact with Peter. I explained the situation and that I needed to have my property appraised urgently due to a divorce settlement, the least pleasant of appraisals. Other appraisal firms known to me declined the assignment because it would take quite some time or simply because they didn’t feel like doing it. Partly due to the time pressure I had and not being able to find an appraiser with whom I also felt comfortable, I was now at my wit's end. Fortunately, I was referred to Peter from NoordOost Wonen Makelaardij. After a pleasant conversation, he carried out a very careful appraisal that proceeded quickly and smoothly for me as a customer. The problem that had arisen with the NWWI due to previous appraisals elsewhere was carefully explained, substantiated, corrected, and resolved by Peter's report. I am so happy with the quick and clear service that Peter provided and did not let the situation deter him but was ready to help. Open, honest, clear, and fast, truly amazing. And all this also for an honest fixed price, despite the extra work it cost. In one word TOP! Thanks again!
