And when it also turned out that a new realtor had to do everything for me, things got even worse. Coming too often late while potential buyers wait, forcing me to let them in myself. And that's not about waiting 5 minutes. A sign in the garden would be discussed and I received no response. Then I was called later to ask if the sign had been removed.

There is 1 office employee responsible for houses in Germany and they are only available once a day, which meant I sometimes had to wait a long time for an answer. After discussing this, the problem was understood and they will ensure that at least responses are provided. A message saying 'the employee who handles this will reply tomorrow' is already 100 times better than no response

I explained the situation and that I needed to have my property appraised urgently due to a divorce settlement, the least pleasant of appraisals. Other appraisal firms known to me declined the assignment because it would take quite some time or simply because they didn’t feel like doing it. Partly due to the time pressure I had and not being able to find an appraiser with whom I also felt comfortable, I was now at my wit's end. Fortunately, I was referred to Peter from NoordOost Wonen Makelaardij. After a pleasant conversation, he carried out a very careful appraisal that proceeded quickly and smoothly for me as a customer. 07 Oct 2023What a bad realtor, after being asked and not even officially a realtor! Works through a call center, probably has a job during the day. Luckily, the Dedemsvaart region delivers real estate agents.

What a peculiar review with only incorrect assumptions. When absent and on vacation, we indeed work with a call center that explains to you exactly when you will be called back. I cannot find any record of your phone call in our system, therefore I am unable to call you back.

07 Oct 2021Certainly not to speak of, beautiful words over the phone and then no contact possible. The real estate agent is unreachable and uses what appears to be a call center. In 2 weeks for a rental property, 4 emails have gone unanswered both via funda and their own website, and it has been said 3 times by phone that I would be called, which also did not happen. Very unprofessional behavior within noordoost wonen. I do not recommend this real estate agency for collaboration or negotiation. Such conduct does not inspire confidence in professionalism.
