No surprises during the process, and all agreements were always clearly confirmed by email. Clear communication by phone. We tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with the relevant estate agent (owner) who handles the sale, called multiple times with the promise of a callback but this never happened. Now we are told that the plot is under option and we haven't been given a chance to make an offer, particularly regrettable.

The only downside is that the plot size differed from the photos: that part was rented from the municipality and was not part of the purchase. I only discovered this myself after making a bid, and that's sloppy - both from the selling agent who did not mention it, as well as the buying agent who did not investigate this beforehand. However, I do not dare to say whether this would have influenced the amount of my offer. …
