Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

All employees are very friendly, understand the subject and are very quick in answering our questions. The made appointments were excellently kept and our house was sold within no-time! 24 Jun 2025Unprofessional Broker called on FRIDAY regarding a viewing / purchase of a property and you get the answer that the broker is not available and will only be back on Monday. They do send an email with a brochure and with the question if they can still do something for you. After I replied to that saying I wanted to view it on Monday at 10:00 AM, I received no response, even after I sent another email on Saturday asking if the viewing appointment could go ahead. So, emailed again early Monday morning, still no response, then I called myself and the broker casually stated that the property had already been sold. You are better off not doing business with brokers like this.
