And when it also turned out that a new realtor had to do everything for me, things got even worse. Coming too often late while potential buyers wait, forcing me to let them in myself. And that's not about waiting 5 minutes. A sign in the garden would be discussed and I received no response. Then I was called later to ask if the sign had been removed.

Date unknownNicolien is very friendly but otherwise the communication with the office was a bit poor. There is 1 office employee responsible for houses in Germany and they are only available once a day, which meant I sometimes had to wait a long time for an answer. After discussing this, the problem was understood and they will ensure that at least responses are provided. A message saying 'the employee who handles this will reply tomorrow' is already 100 times better than no response
