As first-time buyers, my friend and I bought our first house, but our experience with this real estate agency was very disappointing. It started already during the viewing, where a double viewing had been scheduled, which felt unprofessional. Afterwards, we received an email stating that there would be a one-off bid, without negotiation. This was emphasized, but after completion, the two highest bids were still played off against each other, which took two weeks. Throughout the process, we didn't feel helped at all. The communication was slow and impersonal. We had difficulty arranging a second viewing, while the house needed to be completely renovated and we wanted to make preparations. Also, when we sent an email or called, we only received a response after a long time, often from someone other than the real estate agent themselves. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of clarity surrounding the sale. No list of items was drawn up, which caused confusion about what did and did not belong to the house. The real estate agent should have managed these expectations more clearly so that no misunderstandings would arise. In short, the communication was poor, the guidance minimal, and it seemed as if the real estate agent primarily served the seller's interests. We absolutely would not recommend this real estate agency.

10+ Real Estate sold the property for us in Engelen. We were very satisfied with the preliminary process, the viewings, negotiation and all other matters that come with a sale. The equity was of course mainly due to all the renovations we had done, but Marck from 10+ also priced all the renovated spaces well.

As buyers and sellers, we have dealt with 10+ Makelaars. When we bought, Marck was the realtor for the seller. When we sold, Marck was the realtor for one of the interested parties in our house. Of all the realtors we've seen come and go in Den Bosch and surrounding areas, we found 10+ Makelaars to be the least professional. They don’t respond or respond very late, communication is difficult, appointments are not kept, etc. We would absolutely not recommend this company.
