The contact was messy and mostly initiated from our side, there was a misjudgment regarding the selling price, and a significant correction had to be made halfway through. The sale of the property was taken over midway by the other real estate agent without prior communication or explanation. NL wonen sold our house within a week and a half. We are very satisfied with the company. There was a lot of interest in our property, and NL wonen did everything possible to schedule as many viewings as possible in one week, so that it would also be pleasant for us (with two young children) to sell our house quickly. The communication also went smoothly: whenever we had a question, we texted Jesper and received a quick response. He also provided an overview schedule via the app of when which viewings were and we were kept daily informed about our property. Very satisfied indeed!

Unfortunately not satisfied. There were errors in the brochure. Interior advice was ok, but no exterior advice. Social media options were only deployed late. The agent indicated that he wanted to be present at the open day, but did not come. Viewers were moderately concentrated within time frames, resulting in the need to make the house presentable shortly after each other. Previously, I had been communicated by a friend what feedback they had received regarding the sale of their home. And unfortunately, we ticked all those mentioned points. Fortunately, Jesper - colleague from the same office - took over the activities. He showed drive and switched quickly, was clearly more entrepreneurial and ultimately handled it neatly. The choice for the person Jesper when selling a house I would definitely make, but not for the NL office.

The owner Mark comes across as someone with a great deal of knowledge of the subject, showing all sorts of things about the local market to gain trust. He also has a partner Alain who does not have a real estate agent's diploma. Both appear after signing the sales contract to have a whole encyclopedia of excuses that are swallowed without batting an eye as to why things / situations suddenly change. Everyone has done it except them. And that’s true, they both did nothing, but Jesper, a young guy who just got his real estate agent's diploma sold our house and they didn't. We want Jesper, who went for it and has the fire, to have it 100%, but these two burnt-out men unfortunately add nothing to the world of real estate.
