David, de eigenaar, runt dit makelaarskantoor om huurders te vinden voor zijn eigen pand. Hij respecteert de privacy van de huurders niet, is respectloos en heeft de borg pas teruggestort nadat hij een brief van mijn advocaat had ontvangen. Ik zou dit makelaarskantoor absoluut afraden.

Ze verhuren appartementen die beheerd worden door oplichters. Pas op voor makelaarskantoren. De eigenaren betalen de rekeningen niet vooruit. Wees vooral voorzichtig met het appartement aan de Strevelsweg, beheerd door eigenaar David, een notoire oplichter. Ik betaalde € 2400 voor een jaar aan rekeningen, € 200 per maand. In werkelijkheid heb ik voor € 1700 aan energie verbruikt. Hij heeft me de € 700 niet terugbetaald en wil de rekeningen niet versturen. Denk goed na als je geen geld wilt verliezen.

Ik plaatste mijn zoekopdracht online via hun website en een paar dagen later ontving ik een bericht met foto's en video's van een appartement dat aan mijn wensen en budget voldeed. Binnen 48 uur regelden ze een bezichtiging en tekende ik het contract. Ze zijn niet echt een makelaar, omdat ze alleen de contacten leggen tussen verhuurders en potentiële huurders, maar ze verzorgen wel de inspectie van het appartement en de sleuteloverdracht. Emy is erg vriendelijk en heeft me uitstekend geholpen met het inplannen van de registratie. Al met al een goede ervaring met hun diensten.
