Today we visited the house at Dominicushof 122 with Jacqueline de With - Boorsma from Van der Werf Makelaars, and it was a wonderful experience! Jacqueline was incredibly warm, friendly, and meticulous. She knew everything about the house and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her professional yet personal approach made us feel at ease right away. As the cherry on top, we even received a nice surprise in the form of chocolate at the end, a small gesture that says a lot about her attention and hospitality. We are very satisfied with Van der Werf Makelaars and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone looking for an involved and reliable real estate agent!

Poor assessment and made agreements not followed through, admits to everything and after receipt of payment forgets everything.

We bought our house through Van der Werf, so we chose them to perform an appraisal for us. Not a good choice. Upon arrival, the gentleman was quite rushed. That in itself is not a problem. He told us he would definitely call us back once the appraisal was final. This never happened. He stated that the amount we mentioned was no issue. Again, a completely different figure came out. The gentleman included our neighboring house in the appraisal. Suddenly it turned out to be an 'outlier'. Mr. said he would include the water purifier and charging station because this would definitely add value. Later on, he claimed these were not of any value at all. If he had called us beforehand, as agreed upon, it would have saved us the cost of NWI and we wouldn't have proceeded with the appraisal in its current form. We would gladly have paid the €800 but then the appraisal wouldn’t have been registered. But for him, this works out well when selling houses on our street. At least you should have stuck to the agreements. Fortunately, part of it is recorded on our ring camera.

I want to compliment Van der Werf Makelaar for their impressive work. Sietse and Rianne are experts in their field. We took their expert advice to heart and are enormously grateful for the result. Within a week after the sale, our house received an offer above the asking price and within a month we sold it 'under reservation'. 5 stars would not be enough to qualify their professionalism/expertise. I am proud of them.

At van de Werff real estate agents, they really take the time for you and tell you a lot on their own. And especially from the buyer’s perspective. Very nice! After the tour, I was asked if I wanted to see anything again. Half an hour was set aside for the viewing. And there's an extra drop-in session scheduled. I immediately said: what a luxury! What should have been a joyful day, Mr. Sietse van der Werf quickly knew would turn into a very unpleasant experience. He arrived late for the handover and was immediately very unfriendly, blunt from the start. He had also never been to the location before. A completely bad experience. Definitely not recommended.
