Vandaag hebben wij het huis aan de Dominicushof 122 bezocht met Jacqueline de With - Boorsma van Van der Werf Makelaars, en dat was een hele fijne ervaring! Jacqueline was ontzettend warm, vriendelijk en zorgvuldig. Ze wist werkelijk alles over het huis en nam de tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Haar professionele maar persoonlijke aanpak zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct op ons gemak voelden. Als kers op de taart kregen we aan het einde zelfs een lekkere verrassing in de vorm van chocola, een klein gebaar dat veel zegt over haar aandacht en gastvrijheid. Wij zijn erg tevreden over Van der Werf Makelaars en raden hen van harte aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrokken en betrouwbare makelaar!

Goede communicatie, eerlijk en betrouwbaar. Wij zijn goed begeleid in het proces, geen vraag was te veel. En reageert snel.

Op aanbeveling van familie makelaar Van der Werff gekozen. Het contact verliep prettig. We kregen goed advies met ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Het tijdspad was duidelijk en de verkoop verliep soepel.

Het contact met de makelaar en de administratieve collega's is goed, snel en duidelijk. Zijn altijd bereikbaar. Een aanrader om zaken mee te doen.

Prettige en efficiënte begeleiding. Er was snel een goed bod, waardoor het een kort proces was. Al met al heel tevreden.

Slechte taxatie en gemaakte afspraken niet nagekomen, zegt van alles toe en na ontvangst betaling alles vergeten.

Via van der werf onze woning gekocht dus bij het uitvoeren van een taxatie voor hen gekozen. Geen goede keus. Bij binnenkomst was meneer vrij gehaast. Dat is Opzich geen probleem. Hij gaf aan ons zeker nog te bellen voor de taxatie definitief was. Dit is nooit gedaan. Hij gaf aan dat het bedrag wat wij aangaven geen probleem was. Wederom kwam er een heel ander bedrag uit. Meneer gaf aan de woning naast ons mee te nemen in de taxatie. Opeens bleek dit een “uitschieter” te zijn. Meneer zou de waterontharder en laadpaal meenemen want dit zou zeker van meerwaarde te zijn. Later was dit volgens hem helemaal niet van meerwaarde. Als meneer ons van te voren, zoals afgesproken, had gebeld had het ons in ieder geval de kosten van de Nwwi bespaard en hadden we de taxatie niet door laten gaan nu deze op deze manier geregistreerd is. Dan hadden wij alsnog de €800 graag betaald maar stond de taxatie niet geregistreerd. Maar goed voor meneer komt dit wel goed uit bij het verkopen van woningen in de straat. Had je op z’n minst aan de afspraken gehouden. Gelukkig staat een deel op onze ring camera vastgelegd.

What should have been a joyful day, Mr. Sietse van der Werf quickly knew would turn into a very unpleasant experience. He arrived late for the handover and was immediately very unfriendly, blunt from the start. He had also never been to the location before. A completely bad experience. Definitely not recommended.
