Unfortunately, my experience with this real estate agent was far from positive. During the process, it became clear that essential information was withheld, which resulted in unexpected legal costs. Fortunately, I was able to reach a solution together with the seller, but the real estate agent made everything more difficult. The contract even had to be adjusted because it was initially drafted incorrectly. This does not demonstrate professionalism and unnecessarily complicated the transaction.
