This feels like blackmail to us. After lengthy negotiations, we eventually succeeded and now live in our new home. Unfortunately, it turns out to contain hidden defects. Of course, we should have had it inspected by a building surveyor, but you don't expect that with a 23-year-old house. Even then, you are treated extremely unfriendly and incorrectly, both by van Loenhout assurantieen and by Kees Buijsen himself. A solution remains elusive. But the service and communication of Remax and van Loenhout receive a resounding failing!
