What a letdown. Very bad experience with this agency. I made an application for a viewing regarding a rental property. Also told my story by phone in connection with family expansion and looking for a rental property. The employee said they would note everything down and call me back. Already also delivered all the documents as requested neatly. A few days later called back by someone named Christa. The conversation already started on a tone where I could not speak my mind. Hereby they told me that I can view the property but only on one viewing moment (I can imagine). Unfortunately, the day of the viewing moment is not feasible for me due to vacation. Hereby they reacted in a very laconic way. Also stated that my mother might be able to view the property for me and my partner. This was agreed upon, but 5 minutes later called back by Christa in a very degrading tone saying that it is still being discussed internally but that my mother cannot come view the property for us because they would like to know who is going to rent the property. Here Christa was very short and to the point and also no alternative was given. So said, so done. Further on completely not considerate. Only that there might still be properties available some day. That I understand of course. Tips for Christa: - Show empathy and think with the person on the phone. - Try to find a solution or at least think about it. - As an addition to your reply - Best regards (?), The conversation was indeed experienced but that is another discussion. Also Christa did not state that it is not wise to make a commitment for us for years for a rental property, but she speaks in the singular about you as an agent because you would like to know with whom you are dealing.
