Dit vrijstaand huis is gebouwd in 1900 naar het ontwerp van A. Jacot en W. Oldewelt in Jugendstil met zowel binnen als buiten imponerende Art Nouveau detaillering. De villa beschikt over een grote en besloten tuin op het zuiden (perceel 1527m2) met fruitboomgaard en heeft daarnaast een bijgebouw van 70m2 met een eigen huisnummer, te gebruiken als kantoor, mantelzorgwoning of guesthouse (voor de au-pair). De bewoners hebben de villa laten restaureren en moderniseren. De originele stijlkenmerken zijn daarbij intact gebleven.
