Kom dan zeker dit appartement bekijken want het zou zomaar het appartement van je dromen kunnen zijn. Het is gelegen op de vijfde verdieping van een keurig verzorgd complex met lift, een fietsenstalling en bergingen op de begane grond. De woonkamer is super licht door de vele ramen aan zowel de voorzijde als balkon- en keukenzijde. De zijkamer wordt nu gebruikt als werkkamer maar leent zich ook goed als 2de slaapkamer, er zijn twee diepe kasten met een wasmachine/droger aansluiting en bergkast. De glazen deur met roedenverdeling tussen woonkamer en zijkamer geeft een mooie lichtinval en creëert toch privacy. De open keuken heeft een klein barretje waardoor er toch een semi afscheiding, daar is over nagedacht. Dat merk je door de gehele woning, het is met veel zorg en oog voor detail onderhouden en er wordt met liefde gewoond. Positieve energie. De entree biedt een handige plek voor een schoenenkast en garderobe en toegang tot het toilet en de grootste slaapkamer. Ook deze slaapkamer is heerlijk licht en heeft een praktische hoek voor een kledingkast en toegang tot de badkamer en het balkon. Beneden is er een kleine berging en een ruimte voor het stallen van de fiets. De Entree van het gebouw "Haarlem Hoog' is goed onderhouden en netjes met postbussen en toegang tot de 2 liften. Persoonlijke noot verkoper Vanaf het allereerste moment dat ik dit appartement binnenstapte, voelde ik mij thuis. Het was alsof alles klopte. Wat mij direct opviel was het prachtige licht dat door de ramen naar binnen stroomt. Het appartement is zonnig en fris, met een ruimtelijke uitstraling waardoor het elke dag weer fijn thuiskomen is. Elke ochtend en avond geniet ik nog steeds van het uitzicht – en vooral van de prachtige zonsondergangen die de lucht in warme kleuren hullen. Het uitzicht verveelt nooit. Achter het gebouw ligt een park waar ik regelmatig een heerlijke wandeling maak; een fijne plek om even tot rust te komen in het groen. Ik heb hier eerst met mijn dochter gewoond en later samen met mijn partner. Het appartement heeft zich in elke fase van mijn leven als een warme, comfortabele thuisbasis bewezen. De ruime keuken nodigt uit om uitgebreid te koken en samen te zijn. De tweede slaapkamer is flexibel in te richten: perfect als extra slaapkamer, maar ook ideaal als rustige werkkamer. De ligging is daarnaast bijzonder prettig. Ik werk in het centrum van Haarlem en fiets binnen 10 minuten naar het hart van de stad. Met een bus voor de deur en bus 80 vanaf de Leidsevaart ben je zo in Haarlem, Amsterdam of Zandvoort. Soms pak ik bus 250 vanaf de Zomerzorglaan. Ook het treinstation Heemstede-Aerdenhout ligt op slechts vijf minuten afstand, ideaal voor wie snel verder wil reizen. De auto parkeer ik gratis voor het gebouw. Met twee supermarkten dichtbij en de gezellige winkels in Heemstede om de hoek, is alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik. Het was hier altijd fijn wonen. Maar nu ik mijn partner heb ontmoet, is het tijd voor een volgende stap samen. Ik gun de nieuwe bewoners net zoveel woonplezier als ik hier heb mogen ervaren. Ik weet zeker dat zij hier, net als ik, iedere dag zullen genieten van het licht, het uitzicht en het gevoel van thuiskomen.
