The negative reviews listed here do not apply to us. We have had entirely positive experiences with Berg&Broek real estate agency. They quickly find time or make time, keep their appointments, and are honest. That's what we like!

Make appointments with potential client. Have this client travel to the location (30 minutes travel time). Upon arrival of the client at the location, the real estate agent is missing and upon inquiry it turned out that the property had already been sold and the client (who is waiting for the real estate agent in front of the property) is not informed about this. Little involved real estate agent and unprofessional!

Appointment did not go ahead, while I had already been waiting for a few minutes. I call the realtor, it turns out the property has already been sold. This was also not communicated.

Spoke with Paul van de Broek. Confusion about the valuation report. He wanted to resolve it, but Van de Broek didn't want to be bothered because he was eating a sandwich. In a rude manner, he referred to the invoice, which wasn't sent until 11 months later. He literally said that he didn't care what the client thought of it. The valuation was carried out by the mortgage lender and I was not aware of this. I couldn't explain it because he kept shouting into the phone about an assumption. Is this seriously a real estate agent who is allowed to carry out valuations? Tip: don't do business with this real estate agent and find one who at least wants to speak to his clients.

In a street where I was interested, there is a sign in the garden, but it took far too long before the house appeared on the website.
