We also addressed my overweight. That was naturally somewhat a tricky issue, because this tricky client had indicated in advance that body weight wasn't the first priority. I must state that the weight was still a big challenge for me. I adjusted my eating pattern several times, but there were still small additions to what I ate, which occasionally crept in. That can happen when you’re in a relationship, you don’t entirely determine what you eat yourself. But I have noticed that I generally need less food than I ever thought possible. Slowly but surely, the desired weight gets closer, I now quickly notice when I start to go off track and can therefore anticipate faster.
