After the official appraisal of our new house, they promised to come by our old house the following week on Thursday or Friday for a free value appraisal as agreed over the phone. However, they didn't show up on Thursday. So I called Friday morning to see what was going on. The man who answered the phone was in the car and promised to call back as soon as he was at the office to still fulfill the appointment. Now 1.5 months later, he still has to call back.....

Had an appraisal carried out for the valuation of a new-build property. The value was determined, however based on a quote from the construction company. For this, 550 euros was charged. Later it turned out that this valuation was too superficial. The bank did not agree with this method of valuation. Recently I confronted the real estate agent about this and his statement was 'I have done my job and if the report is unusable, that's a shame'. This realtor seems friendly, but when I asked critical questions he became grumpy and always passed the ball back to me. Apparently money is more important.

Very helpful company - I would recommend Rotsvast to everyone, especially Sten, who was always very generous with his market knowledge and quick communication. It took a while before I found the right place due to the current market, but I am very happy with the end result.

It was a good experience. They sat down and explained everything in English, went through the contract and then showed us the house, taking pictures together to document the condition of the house. A downside was that they didn't introduce us to the owners. We haven't met the owners yet. I waited to leave a review after we had the chance to meet the landlord, but it’s been a year now and since I haven't had any bad experiences with the owners, I decided to leave a review anyway. Als ik nul sterren kon geven, zou ik dat doen. Rotsvast is niets anders dan onbehulpzaam, afwijzend en ronduit onbeschoft geweest tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een woning in Leeuwarden. Ik was een hele MAAND dakloos en wanhopig op zoek naar een woning. Ondanks dat ik meerdere keren naar hun kantoor was gegaan, konden ze me alleen maar "een e-mail sturen". Raad eens wat er gebeurde na het versturen van die e-mails? Een algemeen antwoord: "Niet geschikt voor jou, want je bent student." Wat het nog erger maakt, is dat je bij sommige duurdere woningen toevallig geen probleem had met studenten die huurden – het gaat er dus niet om dat je student bent, maar om mensen die wanhopig op zoek zijn naar een woning uit te buiten. En dan de kers op de taart: nadat mijn vriend een recensie van één ster had achtergelaten, durfde je me te bellen en te eisen waarom ik je een slechte recensie had gegeven. Hier is je antwoord: omdat je service VRESELIJK is. Je hebt me niet geholpen toen ik het het hardst nodig had, je hebt een stressvolle situatie alleen maar erger gemaakt en je hebt bewezen dat je meer om de schijn geeft dan om mensen daadwerkelijk te helpen. Vermijd dit bureau absoluut als u waarde hecht aan uw tijd, geld en geestelijke gezondheid.
