Unfortunately, realtor Mees does not keep his/her word. And as if that weren't enough, an apology is nowhere to be found. Very rudely, you receive an answer stating that the contract can be terminated.
Very well assisted by Mees Makelaardij. They are easily accessible, expert and particularly friendly. The application process went remarkably quickly and I am very happy with my beautiful apartment. Thanks again!

With the overheated housing market, it was a breath of fresh air to communicate with the employees of Mees/Merel. Friendly, human, fast and they listen well. We have now settled in nicely into our new home! Even the unreported defects of the previous tenants were professionally resolved within a week.
We were looking for a home in West-Friesland. I saw that Merel Vastgoed had a construction project in this area. Consequently, I emailed Mees makelaardij and came into contact with Marjolein, who informed me that a property would become available soon, asking if I was interested in it. We certainly were, so we provided all the documents. Since February, we have been proud tenants of a beautiful home. And what I am particularly happy about is that the rental prices are fair. If you look at what is being asked nowadays, Mees makelaardij is well below the rental prices of similar properties in our case. Furthermore, communication was good and fast.

Hi everyone, I would like to express again through this channel my satisfaction with how you as a real estate agent work and how you communicate with your clients. You deliver tailor-made solutions and that is appreciated.
Two weeks ago I indicated that I was interested in a property. After some hesitation, I also filled out Datakeeper, which was quite a job, and otherwise waited. To date, I have received no response whatsoever, not even after twice requesting an update. I will wait a little longer.
Absolutely unfriendly service. Mees Makelaardij requested registration via Datakeeper, which I initially doubted but still tried. However, due to an error by Datakeeper, I was unable to retrieve my tax authority data, so I called the office to inform them of this. The lady on the phone was friendly enough and said it was fine to send documents via email. The person at the email refused to accept this, even after I indicated that I had spoken with the helpdesk of Datakeeper (Datakeeper confirmed the error and suggested that I ask the Makelaardij to request a new application for Datakeeper, excluding the tax authority data). Why would you use a digital service if you are not willing to adapt to its shortcomings? Overall a very unpleasant experience.
We rented a property through van der Linden, after a period Mees makelaardij took over the complex. But what poor communication from Mees makelaardij! We are now no longer tenants but are still waiting for our deposit. After several phone calls were made, we were supposed to be called urgently, unfortunately nothing has been heard yet. A bad situation how they deal with tenants or the settlement of former tenants!
Really happy with our apartment and the service from Mees real estate is very good. I have always been greeted very kindly by phone or email.

No attention worthless
Quickly and completely receiving an email for registration was allowed. Everything was filled out the same day, only to be “welcomed” three days later with the message that it was not possible to view the property because the bidding procedure had been closed. Pointless and customer unfriendly. Your response: “However, the open day had already taken place and the bidding procedure was closed when you sent your registration request via Funda.” Response to your reply: That is evident from my reaction. It bewilders me even more that if this was already known to you, I still received an email inviting me to register? It would be nice if changes were up to date (online) and/or communicated in a timely manner (offline).
Very bad and annoying experience with this broker. Very unfriendly response received. They are only looking to make extra money and do not think along with you at all. I would never rent here again! They are part of Merel Vastgoedbeheer with a rating of on Google, so be careful!
For a few weeks now, I have been renting an apartment through Mees Real Estate Agency. From the first contact to finalizing the rental agreement, communication was very smooth and friendly. They were particularly helpful and very service-oriented. As a satisfied tenant, I definitely recommend Mees Real Estate Agency to others looking for their own home.
