I have been responding to rental properties through their Qii system for years, and despite meeting their income requirements, I never receive any response. It's very difficult to know if Qii even works correctly, and since there’s no way to reach an actual person who works at either organization (Openkoop or the Alliantie), there is no way to resolve issues if the app doesn’t work for me as it should.
