Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal.
