Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! 13 Nov 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. Joost and his team Woonkoppel real estate agency weren't too proud to receive feedback; when I came up with ideas/comments, he called me and we chose something we both agreed on, even if that went back and forth 3 times. The sale was not standard, so Woonkoppel real estate agency helped me in their network with an energy label (quickly and with a discount), legal adjustments to the contract, and we could simply FaceTime because I unfortunately couldn't be present at the transfer.

Now curious how a lottery will go, because interest is high and there's allocation for the apartments. However, too little transparency here and too much striving to maximize profit..... sale by registration for highest bidder.....well, the sellers really should have been clear about that during advertising! Would have saved us a trip and disappointment .......but the intention here was obviously to attract as many people as possible. Add to that a vague parking space for the 2 large apartments and oh yes, another small spot of 1.5x1.5 m for an apartment of approximately 500,000 euros. Good luck......

17 Sep 2024Looking for a new home, I thought it would be a good idea to hire a real estate agent. I didn't know the city of Culemborg and I liked being able to have discussions. With Claudia, I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. I viewed many houses and also made offers, but the market is so idiotic that sometimes bids were even 25% over the asking price. Claudia kept her eyes open for finding a house that would suit me and my son. And while I was occasionally gripped by stress about whether I would ever find a house, she remained calm and confident. She could have advised me differently so that I would settle for less or join the bidding frenzy. Then her assignment would have been completed faster. But no, she didn't do that. I sometimes found that difficult when she again went to view a property and advise me. And then it wasn’t the right property again. Claudia worked hard for me. Also in the follow-up process. She checked everything, raised any issues she thought could be a problem. Even during her vacation! And what was also nice is that she is a building expert and that gave a lot of insight during viewings. I won't buy a house with her for now, but I would definitely do it again next time with Claudia. My son and I have really found our dream home. Ultimately outside Funda. A house that suits us, exactly as Claudia had in mind at the beginning of our journey. I will certainly recommend Claudia to friends if they ask me whether I know a good real estate agent.

20 Jun 2025I recently sold my house through Digimakelaars. I am very satisfied with their service and their non-pushy way of working. My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. 20 Nov 2024I tried to sell my house through Digimakelaars. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Dear Bartosz, we are talking about a situation that occurred in March 2023, more than one and a half years ago. It involved a threatening situation. The problem was larger than just an issue with the neighbor. We were not clearly informed by you as client about this. The neighbor turned out to be aggressive, threatened my employee, and we even contacted the police about it. For safety reasons, we stopped the assignment. Regarding your question about the reimbursement of start-up costs, we explained that these are third-party costs that we are allowed to pass on to our clients in such cases. We offered to make the produced marketing material available to you, but this offer was not accepted. After this explanation, you came to our office to pick up the keys and did not discuss this topic any further, so we assumed that our explanation was accepted. We regret seeing this again in Google reviews after 1.5 years. If you would like to talk about this further, we are always open for a conversation.

20 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.
