Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). 29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. 27 Dec 2024Interest in project(s) in Cothen, but left with a feeling of unease. A newly built house (apartment), free on name seemed appealing to us. Now curious how a lottery will go, because interest is high and there's allocation for the apartments. However, too little transparency here and too much striving to maximize profit..... sale by registration for highest bidder.....well, the sellers really should have been clear about that during advertising! Would have saved us a trip and disappointment .......but the intention here was obviously to attract as many people as possible. Add to that a vague parking space for the 2 large apartments and oh yes, another small spot of 1.5x1.5 m for an apartment of approximately 500,000 euros. Good luck......

27 Nov 2024Looking for a new home, I thought it would be a good idea to hire a real estate agent. I didn't know the city of Culemborg and I liked being able to have discussions. With Claudia, I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. I viewed many houses and also made offers, but the market is so idiotic that sometimes bids were even 25% over the asking price. Claudia kept her eyes open for finding a house that would suit me and my son. And while I was occasionally gripped by stress about whether I would ever find a house, she remained calm and confident. She could have advised me differently so that I would settle for less or join the bidding frenzy. Then her assignment would have been completed faster. But no, she didn't do that. I sometimes found that difficult when she again went to view a property and advise me. And then it wasn’t the right property again. Claudia worked hard for me. Also in the follow-up process. She checked everything, raised any issues she thought could be a problem. Even during her vacation! And what was also nice is that she is a building expert and that gave a lot of insight during viewings. I won't buy a house with her for now, but I would definitely do it again next time with Claudia. My son and I have really found our dream home. Ultimately outside Funda. A house that suits us, exactly as Claudia had in mind at the beginning of our journey. I will certainly recommend Claudia to friends if they ask me whether I know a good real estate agent.

Date unknownHighly recommended! We recently sold our house through Digimakelaars. A perfect concept, with very friendly employees who really understand their profession. Guido and Jolanda from Digimakelaars helped and supported us perfectly. They were always available, gave very good advice, and we were well informed about the progress of the sale and all settlements went smoothly. We had chosen to have them do most things except for providing the text for the advertisement on Funda (and therefore also for the website and social media channels that Digimakelaars manages themselves), making appointments for viewings, and the viewings themselves. We did those ourselves. A concept based on modern digitalization. Digimakelaars took care of all processes that traditional real estate agents handle when selling a home. Such as a lot of digital paperwork, professional photography, accurate measurement of the house, advertising on Funda, setting up an online bidding system, notary appointments, checking all documents, etc etc. We were able to save quite a bit of costs thanks to this concept. Simply because you do some tasks yourself. And those are even fun to do… We received many ‘tips and tricks’ from Digimakelaars for providing the text, preparing the house for photography, and the viewings. When setting up the text for digital advertisements on Funda and other sites, they also check everything. We also received good advice from Digimakelaars in advance regarding the photography of the house. They hire an external company, specializing in real estate sales photography, to photograph the house. The photographer was very enthusiastic about the preparations we had made with the tips from Digimakelaars. We had cleaned up every room and put the excess items into moving boxes. We could then slide them out of sight when the photographer wanted to photograph the room and slide them back in when the photographer was finished. You can decide for yourself how many viewings you want to do. Traditional real estate agents will never do as much as we did. We had 22 viewings and at one point also had to reschedule viewing appointments. We spent a weekend on these 22 viewings and the following week, some evening viewings. Then the bidding process closed on Friday. All in all, this lasted a week during which you can decide when the viewings can take place. A great advantage of doing your own viewings is that you meet the people who are interested in your house yourself, you can tell them a lot about the house with enthusiasm (usually more than a traditional real estate agent can do), and you can describe the neighborhood where you live well. We received many positive reactions from potential buyers who had already done a lot of home viewings. We are therefore also convinced that this concept will lead to more bids than usual. You do need to prepare some things yourself, in which you are well informed and supported by Digimakelaars. In short, a successful sale with very good offers made. Digimakelaars, for these Guido and Jolanda, thank you for everything!

In 2021, we purchased our current home through Rick Zeedijk real estate agency; we were welcome from the moment the door opened. Now in 2025, we have chosen to sell our house again and immediately thought of this office. After we called, the appointment was made quickly. Mike Zeedijk took all the time to view our house, no rush at all. The asking price was discussed over a cup of coffee and it fit exactly as my wife and I had in mind. The contact with Anja from the back office also runs smoothly; when you call, it's not 'it will come right away', but within 30 minutes you have an email with an answer! Great class!!
