29 Oct 2024Vanaf het begin had ik al een goed gevoel bij Woonhart. In eerste instantie uitgenodigd omdat ik Twan ken van de voetbalclub, maar ik had er ook nog een andere makelaar bij uitgenodigd. Bij de kennismaking sprong Woonhart er echt uit. Hans had al een soort van presentatie van mijn huis gemaakt (en niet een voorbeeld van een anders huis meegenomen), dus ik kon gelijk zien hoe eea eruit zou gaan zien. De fotoshoot die bij hun aangeboden werd was ook top! Ik had het huis zelf gestyled en kreeg nog aanvullende tips van de fotograaf. De foto’s waren ontzettend mooi. Wat prettig was is dat Woonhart heel flexibel is en ook mij bij de les houdt. Ook hun plan was helder. Zowel qua prijs als qua aanbieden op de markt. Ze hadden ook al een paar mensen die eerder in de wijk mis hadden gegrepen en door hen werden aangeschreven. Al met al heeft mijn huis maar 2 weken te koop gestaan en is het voor een prachtige prijs verkocht. Ik heb er geen omkijken naar gehad. Ik was op vakantie, Woonhart had de sleutel en toen ik terugkwam was het verkocht. Mooier kan je het niet hebben. Ook na de verkoop bleven ze betrokken. Alles ging via een digitaal dossier. Dus geen gestress om koper en verkoper op een geschikt moment bij elkaar te krijgen. Iedereen kon dat op z’n eigen tijd regelen. Tot en met de notaris waren ze van de partij. Ik kan Woonhart aan iedereen aanraden. Hans, en Twan, ontzettend bedankt!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Mandy, onze makelaar, heeft zelf de bezichtigingen gedaan, precies zoals ze beloofd had, en dat maakte een enorm verschil. Dankzij haar persoonlijke aanpak en betrokkenheid (ook van het hele team) was het verkoopproces soepel en succesvol. From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Beste Bartosz, we hebben het over een situatie die zich heeft voorgedaan in maart 2023, ruim anderhalf jaar geleden. Het was een bedreigende situatie. Het probleem was groter dan alleen een probleem met de buurman. Wij zijn hierover niet duidelijk geïnformeerd door u als opdrachtgever. De buurman bleek agressief te zijn, bedreigde mijn medewerker en we hebben er zelfs de politie op aangesproken. Om veiligheidsredenen hebben we de opdracht stopgezet. In antwoord op uw vraag over de vergoeding van de opstartkosten hebben wij u uitgelegd dat dit kosten van derden zijn die wij in dit soort gevallen mogen doorberekenen aan onze opdrachtgevers. 06 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.
