Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. I have already passed on this realtor's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)

14 Jul 2025Nikki helped us in a special way. Where we had more or less given up hope of ever finding our dream house again, thanks to Nikki's attentiveness, our wish has come true. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! Due to circumstances, we did not take action then, but the house made a deep impression on us. It was too good to be true and to make a long story short; thanks to Nikki, we now live in this beautiful house, located in the picturesque fortified town of Ravenstein. It should be clear: We can wholeheartedly recommend Nikki given her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, decisiveness, patience (with us 😁), expertise and attentiveness!

Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. The sale of your house is well taken care of and at a very reasonable price. Conclusion: a solid 10+!

Date unknownHighly recommended! We recently sold our house through Digimakelaars. A perfect concept, with very friendly employees who really understand their profession. Guido and Jolanda from Digimakelaars helped and supported us perfectly. They were always available, gave very good advice, and we were well informed about the progress of the sale and all settlements went smoothly. We had chosen to have them do most things except for providing the text for the advertisement on Funda (and therefore also for the website and social media channels that Digimakelaars manages themselves), making appointments for viewings, and the viewings themselves. We did those ourselves. A concept based on modern digitalization. Digimakelaars took care of all processes that traditional real estate agents handle when selling a home. Such as a lot of digital paperwork, professional photography, accurate measurement of the house, advertising on Funda, setting up an online bidding system, notary appointments, checking all documents, etc etc. We were able to save quite a bit of costs thanks to this concept. Simply because you do some tasks yourself. And those are even fun to do… We received many ‘tips and tricks’ from Digimakelaars for providing the text, preparing the house for photography, and the viewings. When setting up the text for digital advertisements on Funda and other sites, they also check everything. We also received good advice from Digimakelaars in advance regarding the photography of the house. They hire an external company, specializing in real estate sales photography, to photograph the house. The photographer was very enthusiastic about the preparations we had made with the tips from Digimakelaars. We had cleaned up every room and put the excess items into moving boxes. We could then slide them out of sight when the photographer wanted to photograph the room and slide them back in when the photographer was finished. You can decide for yourself how many viewings you want to do. Traditional real estate agents will never do as much as we did. We had 22 viewings and at one point also had to reschedule viewing appointments. We spent a weekend on these 22 viewings and the following week, some evening viewings. Then the bidding process closed on Friday. All in all, this lasted a week during which you can decide when the viewings can take place. A great advantage of doing your own viewings is that you meet the people who are interested in your house yourself, you can tell them a lot about the house with enthusiasm (usually more than a traditional real estate agent can do), and you can describe the neighborhood where you live well. We received many positive reactions from potential buyers who had already done a lot of home viewings. We are therefore also convinced that this concept will lead to more bids than usual. You do need to prepare some things yourself, in which you are well informed and supported by Digimakelaars. In short, a successful sale with very good offers made. Digimakelaars, for these Guido and Jolanda, thank you for everything!

08 Aug 2025Misleading, unprofessional and completely lacking respect for the time of serious candidates Our experience with Van der Krabben Makelaars – and specifically with Indy van den Crommenacker – was frustrating, unprofessional and disappointing. Firstly: we understand that a landlord ultimately determines to whom they rent their property, and that there may be preferences (e.g., for storage). But be honest about that from the beginning, instead of letting serious candidates waste time and energy on a sham process. We responded within one hour after the property appeared on Funda and quickly received a viewing scheduled the same week, on Thursday. Indy initially reacted very quickly and seemed professional. Just one hour after the viewing, we gave our full agreement, without reservation, and also immediately provided all financial documents. Indy herself confirmed: “Often if there are no further comments from the proposal, the subsequent process can proceed quickly.” But from that moment everything changed. Communication completely stopped. No updates, no confirmation, no rejection. Only after repeatedly calling ourselves (without response) did we suddenly hear on Monday that another party was interested — and that their offer would be presented to the landlord first, because that party would use the property for storage. This was the first time we ever heard that “storage” was a decisive factor. And this while we were complete first, had given our agreement, and were ready to sign immediately. As if that wasn't enough, we sent a fictitious email as a test via another name. The answer? That “negotiations are underway and a rental agreement is being discussed.” That is absolutely incorrect. We did not want to negotiate at all — we already agreed. Either way: it’s not right. In addition, we noticed that from the moment Indy realized that I had previously been rejected by another property through her (while that property was still vacant two months later), communication completely dropped to zero. It feels like a previous rejection puts you on some kind of ‘blacklist’, because you are no longer taken seriously afterwards. Furthermore: • Called several times, usually no response or follow-up. • One day we called at 12:00 PM; it was said that Indy was on break and would call back within 30 minutes — that didn’t happen until three hours later. • With that previous property, they said they had chosen another candidate, but the property was still listed on Funda months later. We ultimately tried to resolve this by phone with one of the partners of Van der Krabben. Although the conversation itself went smoothly, nothing came out of it in terms of content, and there was mainly evasiveness. For that reason, we will file an official complaint with the NVM. All in all, this gives the impression of a real estate agent who: • Initially responds friendly and quickly, • Then distorts, falls silent and reacts selectively as soon as an internal preference exists, • And who keeps serious candidates on hold without fair play. If you invest seriously in a process as a tenant or entrepreneur, you clearly deserve clarity, communication and respect. You absolutely don’t get that here. Van der Krabben Makelaars portrays itself as a professional NVM real estate agent, but in practice there is very little evidence of that. Save yourself the frustration – choose an agent who does act honestly, transparently and professionally.
