De aankoop van onze woning ging goed en professioneel, Vera maakte echt het verschil en heeft ons toen goed geholpen. Alleen de verkoop van het huis is toch wat rommelig verlopen. Alles was doorgenomen, alleen het kwam online met de verkeerde tekst en foto’s. Namelijk van de vorige verkoop. Fouten maken kan en is menselijk maar dit was toch wel wat slordig. Verder wel goed en duidelijk geholpen. Daarom de 4 sterren ipv 5.

The sales process went well, actually just as it should and as you might expect. Unfortunately, the hangover came after the sale. The buyers and realtor had a relationship, and the realtor had also sold the buyers' house. As a result, the realtor was not impartial afterwards and did not advocate for my interests at all. That was very unpleasant and unprofessional, making the whole process feel terribly unsettling in retrospect.

The house that we bought had many problems of which we were not aware and we should have heard this from the real estate agent and the seller, which was not the case and we reported this to the agency, but they did nothing for us and said you should have understood it yourself. You would solve this. We received no help from the real estate office, if there is a law that after buying a house, if problems arise of which you were not aware, you can go to the real estate agency and ask for help and compensation, but we did not receive any assistance or guidance in this regard. I have a question whether they treated us like this because we are foreigners, and whether they treat other people like this, I am in any case completely dissatisfied with them and they were not honest towards us and the responsibility they have towards us. They didn't do what they should have done.. I tell everyone (They are irresponsible and careless in their work)!

My experience with Evelien Ploegmakers real estate agency. There is a lot of emphasis on the turnover rate, i.e., the speed at which a house is sold. According to Ploegmakers, for the vast majority it's a month. For me as a seller, that isn’t really relevant. After the viewing of my house in Staringstraat by an employee, I was invited to a follow-up meeting a week later. I was told a low advised sale price for the property. I was even a little shocked but thought I might not have been realistic. But the other real estate agents (3 in total) were significantly higher. The amount mentioned was €17,500 higher than that of Ploegmakers. Ploegmakers therefore seems biased regarding the selling of houses in Staringstraat in Oss. I put my house up for sale with one of the 3 other real estate agents and my house was sold within 2 days after appearing on Funda for the asking price, being €21,500 more than the highest sales advice amount mentioned by Evelien Ploegmakers in her sales offer.
