5 years ago house sold on Spoorlaan. Was 26 and felt very pressured by the realtor himself. After selling the house, no congratulations and very impersonal. Apartment was purchased by one of his clients who bought the apartment and put it for rent. Not satisfied!

Paul is clear about the expectations of the buyer and clear about the expectations of the seller. Appointment did not go ahead, while I had already been waiting for a few minutes. I call the realtor, it turns out the property has already been sold. This was also not communicated.

Kevin zoals besproken is er iets fout gegaan in de agenda. Heb mijn excuses aangeboden, ik had de afspraak (welke niet in agenda stond) moeten afbellen vanwege verkoop van deze woning. Helaas is er iets mis gegaan.

Make appointments with potential client. Have this client travel to the location (30 minutes travel time). Upon arrival of the client at the location, the real estate agent is missing and upon inquiry it turned out that the property had already been sold and the client (who is waiting for the real estate agent in front of the property) is not informed about this. Little involved real estate agent and unprofessional!

Spoke with Paul van de Broek. Confusion about the valuation report. He wanted to resolve it, but Van de Broek didn't want to be bothered because he was eating a sandwich. In a rude manner, he referred to the invoice, which wasn't sent until 11 months later. He literally said that he didn't care what the client thought of it. The valuation was carried out by the mortgage lender and I was not aware of this. I couldn't explain it because he kept shouting into the phone about an assumption. Is this seriously a real estate agent who is allowed to carry out valuations? Tip: don't do business with this real estate agent and find one who at least wants to speak to his clients.
