Guess what happened after sending those emails? A generic response: 'Not suitable for you because you are a student.' What makes it even worse is that for some of the more expensive properties, you had no problem renting to students. So it's not about being a student, but about profiting from people who are desperately looking for housing. And then the cherry on top: after my friend left a one-star review, you had the audacity to call me and ask why I gave you a bad review. Here is your answer: because your service is terrible. You didn't help me when I needed it most, you made an already stressful situation even worse, and you have proven that you care more about appearances than actually helping people. Absolutely avoid this agency if you value your time, money and common sense.
