The result was ultimately fairly positive, and we are satisfied with the commitment and availability of Jurn, who always answered our calls and made a lot of effort to set things right for us. Unfortunately, we also experienced many disappointments. For example, the styling advice was not provided as agreed upon, the photographer was hired without the promised styling products, appointments were rescheduled multiple times (which cost us extra days off and childcare), viewers were initially turned away because it did not fit in the schedule, and potential buyers were insufficiently informed about offers and pending matters. This even led to a high bid being withdrawn. We engaged the real estate agent precisely to take care of these issues for us, but we had to push and correct many things ourselves. Overall, we found that the service provided did not match the commission and start-up costs.
