For the sale, everything possible was done to create a beautiful presentation. Photos, a drone through the house, drone footage from outside and of the surroundings, all combined into a very beautiful presentation. Taken care of down to the last detail and completed with a stunning brochure that was given to visitors. The purchase of our new home was almost thwarted by a rigid real estate agent who after half a day announced that there was no more room for viewings because nobody else could fit in. Thanks to Neeltje’s persistence, we were still able to attend, albeit under her guidance and not the selling agent's. But this ultimately resulted in the purchase of that property. An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.

02 Aug 2025Responds quickly. After the viewing, there were quite a few technical questions that could have been in the brochure. Answers were eventually provided during consultation. The bidding procedure (with an end date and no insight into other bids) was very clear but was something of an adjustment for a newcomer to the market. Unfortunately, there was a higher bid.

23 Oct 2024Had a lovely viewing at our dream house. The real estate agent took his time for us despite the fact that there was already a good offer for the property. It had been indicated that it would be difficult, but that we were still allowed to place an offer. The honest communication, collaborative approach and space we received created a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't our first dream house so in the future we would like to work with the real estate agent again.

Thanks for your time, a shame about the price though as a lot needs to be done to the house. For us it's a nice place but unfortunately a lot of maintenance which we are not afraid of but price-wise it’s something.
