04 Oct 2025We sold our home through Duinstra Melis. The result was ultimately fairly positive, and we are satisfied with the commitment and availability of Jurn, who always answered our calls and made a lot of effort to set things right for us. Unfortunately, we also experienced many disappointments. For example, the styling advice was not provided as agreed upon, the photographer was hired without the promised styling products, appointments were rescheduled multiple times (which cost us extra days off and childcare), viewers were initially turned away because it did not fit in the schedule, and potential buyers were insufficiently informed about offers and pending matters. This even led to a high bid being withdrawn. We engaged the real estate agent precisely to take care of these issues for us, but we had to push and correct many things ourselves. Overall, we found that the service provided did not match the commission and start-up costs.

Neeltje has a very pleasant way of communicating, is proactive and expert. She guided us excellently in the targeted purchase of a holiday home. 14 Jun 2025“Neeltje delivered fantastic work when selling our house and was instrumental in the purchase of our new home. For the sale, everything possible was done to create a beautiful presentation. Photos, a drone through the house, drone footage from outside and of the surroundings, all combined into a very beautiful presentation. Taken care of down to the last detail and completed with a stunning brochure that was given to visitors. The purchase of our new home was almost thwarted by a rigid real estate agent who after half a day announced that there was no more room for viewings because nobody else could fit in. Thanks to Neeltje’s persistence, we were still able to attend, albeit under her guidance and not the selling agent's. But this ultimately resulted in the purchase of that property. Furthermore, I can say that Neeltje is very driven to help you as well as possible with the sale or purchase of your home. She is also very accessible and investigates everything you want to know down to the last detail. In short, highly recommended!”

Advice is poor to non-existent, and furthermore the communication isn't very present. We wouldn't take this real estate agent again. After a problem with the buyers of our house and the way the real estate agent handled it, I lowered our star rating from 3 to 2. The real estate agent wasn't behind us and didn't help but worked against us by first contacting the buyers without informing us, a bad thing..

An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.

We dealt with a business-minded and very charming woman who, in our opinion, was the right person to promote our house without prejudice and convince buyers. The presentation of the property on Funda and the downloadable version thereof were exceptionally well taken care of. Persuasive texts, beautiful video presentation and photos. Also, the further processing of the sale and guidance therein was particularly pleasant, human and relaxed. It's a shame we only have 1 house to sell.

16 Aug 2025Responds quickly. After the viewing, there were quite a few technical questions that could have been in the brochure. Answers were eventually provided during consultation. The bidding procedure (with an end date and no insight into other bids) was very clear but was something of an adjustment for a newcomer to the market. Unfortunately, there was a higher bid.

16 Oct 2024Had a lovely viewing at our dream house. The real estate agent took his time for us despite the fact that there was already a good offer for the property. It had been indicated that it would be difficult, but that we were still allowed to place an offer. The honest communication, collaborative approach and space we received created a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't our first dream house so in the future we would like to work with the real estate agent again.

Thanks for your time, a shame about the price though as a lot needs to be done to the house. For us it's a nice place but unfortunately a lot of maintenance which we are not afraid of but price-wise it’s something.
