Zeer onprofessionele werkwijze. Ik had een bezichtiging gepland. Volgens Stegenga was er weinig animo en kon de afspraak niet eerder plaatsvinden, dus heb ik mij aangepast aan hun planning. Op de dag van de bezichtiging werd ik echter gebeld dat het pand al verkocht was. Terwijl er gewoon een afspraak stond. Dit vind ik erg onzorgvuldig en niet netjes. Afspraken hoor je na te komen of op zijn minst tijdig en transparant te communiceren als de situatie verandert. Geen prettige ervaring.

Contact liep goed, voor ons was de huidige huizenmarkt een groot vraagteken maar door de deskundigheid van stegenga makelaardij deze heeft ons goed door dit process heen begeleid. Ook bij het personeel kregen wij op onze vragen een duidelijk antwoord. Stegenga bedankt

I want to buy a house. I'll call the real estate agent who is best known in Harlingen and surrounding areas and with whom I have also had excellent experiences before. Response from Stegenga when I call for an appointment: 'Just look on Funda yourself, and if you find something, then you can call us to come and negotiate.' Search requests? 'No, we can't do that anymore because we no longer receive properties forwarded from other real estate agents.' Uhm, this NVM real estate agent can, just like any other NVM real estate agent in the NVM database, search for properties and mediate them even before they appear on Funda. No, not so according to Stegenga. I understand it, busy busy busy, but say that instead of lying. Of course, Stegenga is doing well in the current overheated housing market, but this will not be forgotten when times change. Then I'll go to another one too.
