Echter door een groter bereik via de makelaar besloten we toch hiervoor te gaan (stiekem ook het gemak, bijv. geen tel, bezichtigingen en opmaak voorlopig koopcontract). Deze keuze is achteraf goed geweest. We hadden nu meerdere bezichtigingen en biedingen. De woning is uiteindelijk goed verkocht aan een gezin (nog) niet wonende in Friesland. Blij met de keuze om de woning via een makelaar te verkopen anders hadden we mogelijk dit gezin niet bereikt.
