We were therefore flooded with responses for the aforementioned property. That you have not received a response from us anymore, is of course no excuse, but it has played a role here. Therefore, on this occasion, our apologies from ‘the one who goes over it’. Your data have been deleted in the meantime. That you bring up the alleged racism card, we find very regrettable and also painful. In this way, you do a disservice to us, but certainly also yourself. If we would select based on origin, you would not have received the application forms at all. Moreover, our client, the landlord, makes the final selection of which candidates are invited for a viewing. For them, origin or skin color plays no role either. 26 Dec 2024Negative experience, poor communication. I was the buyer with the winning bid. Building inspector recommended a foundation survey. The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.

With full satisfaction I look back on the collaboration with Chris Draijer Makelaardij. The communication via email and whatsapp went very well, was very helpful, adequate and very quick. It's nice to be able to speak directly with Chris so you don’t have to constantly retell your story to employees, he works alone. The necessary information and example documents surrounding the purchase agreement were quickly provided. I don’t know if I will sell a house again in the future, but I would definitely do it through Chris again.
