The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.

With full satisfaction I look back on the collaboration with Chris Draijer Makelaardij. The communication via email and whatsapp went very well, was very helpful, adequate and very quick. It's nice to be able to speak directly with Chris so you don’t have to constantly retell your story to employees, he works alone. The necessary information and example documents surrounding the purchase agreement were quickly provided. I don’t know if I will sell a house again in the future, but I would definitely do it through Chris again.

Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! We didn't get a 2nd chance and unfortunately Mr. did not keep his word in the phone conversation. I don't know if it had much influence on the number of interested parties, but afterwards I think there was a better choice for the 'main photo' when publishing on Funda; this was adjusted for a few days. You only make one first impression. Incidentally, I have shared this opinion with the real estate agent.

Advice is poor to non-existent, and furthermore the communication isn't very present. We wouldn't take this real estate agent again. After a problem with the buyers of our house and the way the real estate agent handled it, I lowered our star rating from 3 to 2. The real estate agent wasn't behind us and didn't help but worked against us by first contacting the buyers without informing us, a bad thing..

We dealt with a business-minded and very charming woman who, in our opinion, was the right person to promote our house without prejudice and convince buyers. The presentation of the property on Funda and the downloadable version thereof were exceptionally well taken care of. Persuasive texts, beautiful video presentation and photos. Also, the further processing of the sale and guidance therein was particularly pleasant, human and relaxed. It's a shame we only have 1 house to sell.

10 Nov 2025No positive experience with this real estate agent. We had bought a house subject to conditions. You have to sign while the appraiser has not yet been there. The next day we contacted the appraiser by phone. Our appraiser reported that there was a problem with the house. Subsequently, we had a conversation with the real estate agent who himself proposed that we would look for an appropriate solution and that we together with a specialist would view the house again. After we had done the viewing. She lies and deceives you where you stand, We have dissolved the purchase agreement. With this real estate agent you should not do business.

01 Jul 2025No positive experience with this real estate agent. An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.
