Negative experience, poor communication. I was the buyer with the winning bid. Building inspector recommended a foundation survey. The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.

Correct fast service and good approach. Very satisfied! Clear and understandable agreements from day 1. With full satisfaction I look back on the collaboration with Chris Draijer Makelaardij. The communication via email and whatsapp went very well, was very helpful, adequate and very quick. It's nice to be able to speak directly with Chris so you don’t have to constantly retell your story to employees, he works alone. We hebben meerdere positieve ervaringen met Klaasjan van Kuperus Heeringa Makelaardij te IJlst. Het contact is altijd fijn. Je word snel te woord gestaan via app en telefoon. Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! Wanted to buy a garage box through Agricola Makelaardij. Submitted a neat offer, Mr. gave very nice promises but ultimately the offer was rejected. We didn't get a 2nd chance and unfortunately Mr. did not keep his word in the phone conversation. I think it’s very unfortunate to have to write this review, but in these hard times I prefer to be honest. If I had had a positive experience, I would of course also have shared it via a review. But alas... Who knows, maybe I can adjust this someday ;)

Disappointing... A viewing could be quickly scheduled. That's about all there is to say about it. Fairly free of work and people arranged for the viewing. Then we were cancelled a day before the viewing. The house had already been sold. No chance was given. The buying party would fit well there, but the conditions under which they were a suitable party were the same conditions under which we could buy. I received the answer that they unfortunately didn't know that, indicating that nothing was asked of us either.

“Neeltje delivered fantastic work when selling our house and was instrumental in the purchase of our new home. For the sale, everything possible was done to create a beautiful presentation. Photos, a drone through the house, drone footage from outside and of the surroundings, all combined into a very beautiful presentation. Taken care of down to the last detail and completed with a stunning brochure that was given to visitors. The purchase of our new home was almost thwarted by a rigid real estate agent who after half a day announced that there was no more room for viewings because nobody else could fit in. Real estate agency De Friesland helped us excellently with the sale of the old house. We got to know Peter Meijer through the purchase of the new house. This contact immediately felt good, which meant that the choice of real estate agent for the sale of the old house was quickly made. The team from Makelaardij de Friesland created a beautiful presentation for funda and also a separate website so that the house and associated information could be viewed well online. During the sales period, we were neatly kept informed after each viewing. From beginning to end, we have been very happy with the pleasant cooperation and can therefore certainly recommend this real estate agency!

Yes what should I say, it's a real estate agent, they do their job and you are completely just a number.. Advice is poor to non-existent, and furthermore the communication isn't very present. We wouldn't take this real estate agent again. After a problem with the buyers of our house and the way the real estate agent handled it, I lowered our star rating from 3 to 2. The real estate agent wasn't behind us and didn't help but worked against us by first contacting the buyers without informing us, a bad thing..
