Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. The communication throughout the entire process was very pleasant. Jasper is friendly, responds quickly and coordinates everything well with you. In short, we are very satisfied with the collaboration and can wholeheartedly recommend Jasper as a real estate agent!

Jasper Huisman is promoting himself with good photos, a fun video and a good story. He gives his clients the same opportunity and advocates fair bidding. What was really nice for us as sellers were the short lines via app and phone. We can definitely recommend him.

The next day we contacted the appraiser by phone. Our appraiser reported that there was a problem with the house. Subsequently, we had a conversation with the real estate agent who himself proposed that we would look for an appropriate solution and that we together with a specialist would view the house again. An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. The communication throughout the entire process was very pleasant. Jasper is friendly, responds quickly and coordinates everything well with you.
