Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. Neeltje has a very pleasant way of communicating, is proactive and expert. She guided us excellently in the targeted purchase of a holiday home. For the sale, everything possible was done to create a beautiful presentation. Photos, a drone through the house, drone footage from outside and of the surroundings, all combined into a very beautiful presentation. Taken care of down to the last detail and completed with a stunning brochure that was given to visitors. The purchase of our new home was almost thwarted by a rigid real estate agent who after half a day announced that there was no more room for viewings because nobody else could fit in. Thanks to Neeltje’s persistence, we were still able to attend, albeit under her guidance and not the selling agent's. But this ultimately resulted in the purchase of that property. Furthermore, I can say that Neeltje is very driven to help you as well as possible with the sale or purchase of your home. She is also very accessible and investigates everything you want to know down to the last detail. In short, highly recommended!”

Date unknownYes what should I say, it's a real estate agent, they do their job and you are completely just a number.. Advice is poor to non-existent, and furthermore the communication isn't very present. We wouldn't take this real estate agent again. After a problem with the buyers of our house and the way the real estate agent handled it, I lowered our star rating from 3 to 2. The real estate agent wasn't behind us and didn't help but worked against us by first contacting the buyers without informing us, a bad thing..

That was the case with realtor De Jong in Workum. To my surprise, my house sold quickly for a good price and there was pleasant support from the office (Elske!). I usually only give tens, but adding a nine makes it less boring ;-)
