Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! An appointment for a viewing was made, which also included a confirmation, but unfortunately the agent did not show up at the agreed time. After we called to inquire about the agent's whereabouts, we received a response from the brokerage that left us completely astonished. Instead of an apology for something going wrong, there was complete silence on the other end of the line. There you stand after 1.5 hours of driving without result and therefore also 1.5 hours back, very special, but it wasn't the first time this week that a real estate agent didn't show up.
