Er is veel tijd en ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. Je wensen worden zeer serieus genomen en er wordt voldoende tijd aan besteed. Wij ervaren Klaasjan als een eerlijke en oprechte makelaar met passie en humor. Iemand die écht voor je gaat. Hij heeft ons bijzonder goed geholpen met het zoeken naar een huis in Friesland. Zijn bouwkundige achtergrond kwam daarbij zeer goed van pas. Die achtergrond is eigenlijk een absolute pré in deze huidige overspannen huizenmarkt. Voor onze dochter heeft Klaasjan zich volledig ingezet om een huis in IJlst te kunnen aankopen waar zij hun zinnen op hadden gezet. Dit is door de hulp van Klaasjan gelukt. Geweldig!!! 21 Jul 2025We had already invited several real estate agents to our home when we wanted to sell our house. As the last one, Neeltje came. We immediately felt a good and familiar feeling with her. She walked around the house with us and indicated that she would return tomorrow with an amount on which she would appraise the house. That same afternoon, we were called by Neeltje asking if we were open to viewings for the market. Uhh yes, we do! A number of exciting weeks followed. We could always turn to Neeltje for advice. Whether it was early in the morning or later in the evening, there was always an immediate response from Neeltje. What involvement! Ultimately, we successfully sold our house. For the sale, everything possible was done to create a beautiful presentation. Photos, a drone through the house, drone footage from outside and of the surroundings, all combined into a very beautiful presentation. Taken care of down to the last detail and completed with a stunning brochure that was given to visitors. The purchase of our new home was almost thwarted by a rigid real estate agent who after half a day announced that there was no more room for viewings because nobody else could fit in. Thanks to Neeltje’s persistence, we were still able to attend, albeit under her guidance and not the selling agent's. But this ultimately resulted in the purchase of that property. Furthermore, I can say that Neeltje is very driven to help you as well as possible with the sale or purchase of your home. She is also very accessible and investigates everything you want to know down to the last detail. In short, highly recommended!”

During the first meeting, I immediately felt a connection and it felt familiar. (clear information and a businesslike yet friendly approach) Throughout the period from listing to signing the definitive sales contract, the cooperation was very pleasant. I received good advice on how to adapt my house with some improvements and make it attractive for sale. The house had to be emptied, and I was helped with this by a cleaner. I got this address through their mediation. That saved me a lot of work. A professional photographer took care of a beautiful photo presentation of the house. Potential buyers were given this brochure home after they had viewed the house. During the exciting phase around the sale, I felt enormously supported by this real estate agent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bosma & de Witte real estate agency; as far as I'm concerned, they get a 10! You really can’t get a better real estate agent.

I put my house on Funda on December 12, 2024, looking back, that wasn't a good time to sell a house just before Christmas days, so for the whole time few people viewed my house. If after the Christmas vacation or somewhere in April my house is on Funda, I can have many more visitors and also receive high bids.
