We've had a lot of contact with Macha recently, and we found this to be a very pleasant collaboration when buying a house. She takes the time for her clients and there is always room to ask questions; you can always reach her, even outside your appointment.

We sold our previous house through Mascha and purchased our current home through Mascha. Given that, more than satisfied experience with her, we (together with my father) have now sold the house of my father's deceased brother through Mascha. Again, we are more than satisfied. We received good advice on whether or not to do something. Market value determination. Clear agreements were made back and forth. Furthermore, Mascha is very attentive. Thinks of everything. Calls regularly about the status of things etc. Should I also sell my current home, I will definitely do so through Mascha again!

In the past few months, we've had another PARTICULARLY nice contact with mascha zonder. She helped us very nicely and free of charge with the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. This was our 2nd experience with her. Years ago, we already enjoyed the pleasant collaboration when selling our then-house. Friendly, expert, and also listening to what our ideas were. We recommend everyone to involve Mascha Zonder for the sale or purchase of a house.

Our experience with Mascha Zonder has been particularly bad. She provided us with no information whatsoever about the bidding process nor offered any options, although the rules of conduct of VastgoedPro (a qualitatively inferior variant of the NVM) prescribe this. She even left our emails with questions regarding this unanswered. Because a bid had already been made before the house was listed on Funda, she tried to motivate us to accept that first bid without listing the house on Funda. Later we received a much higher offer! When we asked if there were any more interested parties, both Mascha and her colleague denied this, while indeed a further viewing had been requested. Both admitted this afterwards without explanation or apology. VastgoedPro took no action when we reported this. Mascha is therefore a member of VastgoedPro without adhering to their rules. When we withdrew the assignment, Mascha refused to remove the property from Funda (we had to involve Funda for this!) and still has not returned our keys and building plans, preventing us from fulfilling the start-up costs. Mascha Zonder exploits the inexperience of sellers. Under the guise of 'personal' (and even 'sincere') and by having potential buyers write their motivations along with their bids, she tries to expedite the sale so that she can benefit as quickly as possible. A VastgoedPro real estate agent is therefore not a guarantee of quality. Mascha Zonder is certainly not recommended. (This is only a short listing of our negative experiences with her.)

How happy are we that we have ended the collaboration with Mascha Zonder of BijZonder Makelaars. (See our previous reviews.) The house is now sold at a market-compliant price with a better result of € 40,000 than if we had followed Mascha's advice. We advise no one to make use of Mascha's services. She is not trained as a real estate agent, unreliable and incompetent!

When selling the house of the family, I indicated that I do not want motivations. To my surprise, every bid was supplemented with an extensive motivation. Later I found out that Masha - contrary to our wish - asked potential buyers to provide their bid with a motivation. I am very disappointed that Masha pushed through her own way of working and ignored our wish. She does not act in the interest of the client. Not every bidder wants to provide a bid with a motivation, which probably resulted in fewer bids being made. Moreover, I find it undesirable to be confronted with personal stories from strangers. Masha also communicates hardly about the bidding procedure and offers no options. I do not recommend her to anyone.

The sale was handled by J. Bruinsma of Ten Hag. Neat and expert. The contact was very pleasant and familiar.

After purchasing an apartment, the mortgage was quickly and well arranged by the mortgage advisor from HypotheekNet

I lived with Ten Hag for 8 months. I always kept the heating low and turned it off when I was away. For one month I wasn't even home at all, and every weekend I was gone. I requested a refund of the advance payment but received nothing. They state that I will not receive anything back without showing proof of consumption. So it is absolutely not an advance payment; it concerns certainly 500 euros which they have deprived me of. They are simply scammers. In addition, it took me 3 months to get my deposit back, never renting through Ten Hag.

Our new home also purchased through Ten Hag. Knowledge of the subject is frankly poor, roofs were much older than stated and additionally a piece of land which isn't ownership but rental. Both the age of the roofs was not correctly mentioned and nothing was said about the rented land. The realtor himself indicated a beautiful spacious front garden! It appears to be very common in the neighborhood that pieces of garden are rented. As a realtor in Almelo, shouldn't you be aware of this!

We made an appointment for a viewing of an apartment offered by Jonker in Almelo at the harbor. We were supposed to go and look on December 2nd. On Sunday, December 1st, we were cancelled and a new appointment was to be made. No problem. We were supposed to be called. There was no call. So we had to call ourselves. We were supposed to be called back again. We are still waiting for that, and in the meantime the apartment is already under offer. I find this a very poor work ethic from Jonker Makelaardij. But that shows that things are going too well for the real estate agents these days, and there are ten others for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this realtor due to the failure to keep appointments. Very disappointed.
