I've never encountered companies that abuse their position of power so much, arrogant staff who politely ask you to clear off because I, as a paying customer, think a premium increase of €11,- is completely insane. No effort is made to find an alternative insurance to help you as a customer. Glad to be leaving, but definitely not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!
